Describe the script your system will follow when it answers a call:

Give as much detail as possible - For Example: Greet caller with "Good morning/afternoon, thanks for calling ACMECO, Press 1 for Sales or 2 for Support". Transfer callers to 07973100123 if 1 is pressed, or 07973100126 if 2 is pressed. If no-one answers within 15 seconds, say "Please leave your name and a brief message we'll call you back", take a message ad email it to sales@acmeco.com, thank the caller, and hang up.
